DETAILS:
Assesses psycho-social health status through medical history and physical and psychiatric examinations
Triages, diagnoses, and treats illness and behavioral health conditions within the specialty area of practice
Teaches and counsels patients, families, and groups

QUALIFICATIONS:
NY License REQUIRED
5 years experience in outpatient setting PREFERRED
