Physicians are offered a health insurance plan for themselves and spouse at no cost, with a minimum of 27 hours worked.

License Reimbursement: Physicians are entitled to reimbursement of fees for Georgia and DEA licensure and one approved professional association.

Tax Credit: Physicians/Dentist receive a $5000 tax credit per year for five years for full-time work in a rural area. All GMH locations qualify for the credit.
CME: $2000, $4000 on year 3 of employment
PTO: 1st year of contract 20 days, 2nd year of contract 24 days, 3rd year of contract 28 days
Extended Illness Bank: Available under certain circumstances for those whose illness extends beyond three (3) workdays. 1.54 hours accrued per hour worked over 27 hours/week.

DETAILS:
Full-time psychiatry role providing medication management through initial engagement and assessment, while also maintaining continuity of care through intermittent follow-ups.
Schedule for initial appointments are given up to 1 hour and 20 minutes for follow-ups
Fully supported clinical setting supported by LCSW, Psych NPs, and Psychologist staff
Providers work 4-day weeks, 9-hour days, with 4 hours of admin time. Potential for telehealth work, with an established patient panel, 2-3 days a week.
Flexibility in schedule, prioritizing family events and obligations

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be willing to provide a mix of both medication management and therapy
Must be well-rounded in their practice, practicing to the full limits of their license
