Sign-On Bonus: $5000

Compensation:

Compensatory range commensurate with experience. Above average earning potential of $105,000$125,000 annually.
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Quarterly-based incentives apply

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team including behavioral health and social services as appropriate.
Adheres to current evidence-based clinical guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice in the provision of health center services, as applicable.

Clinic Hours:
Monday Thursday 8 am - 7 pm
Friday 8 am 5 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced PAs, 2 year minimum preferred
Licensed in Pennsylvania state
BE/BC
