Medical Insurance is Blue Cross Blue Shield - plan payment will depend on what is chosen

Employees can elect for ADD insurance (plan/payment depends on what is chosen)

MHCC covers malpractice and tail coverage
PTO/Sick leave for midlevels are as per our policy. PTO time is negotiated for Physicians.
403B/Pension plan is not offered for MHCC employees
CME reimbursement is usually $3000 for midlevels and $5000 for physicians
Hospital funded loan forgiveness opportunities for midlevels - usually $45000 per 3 year contract term, $15000 per year with receipt submission
Relocation and/or sign on bonus is negotiable - either one or the other; both are not granted.
