DETAILS:
Regular weekday schedule with one evening shift a week and one Saturday shift every 5-6 weeks
Work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses and medical assistants to provide advanced practice physical and psychosocial assessments, diagnosis and management of health and illness needs
Direct patient care for all ages and genders,
including both acute and chronic care

QUALIFICATIONS:
CA License REQUIRED
Experience in community health setting PREFERRED
Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
