Competitive compensation is provided. Salary is determined based on experience with a range of $100k120k. Open and flexible to discussing comp requirements.
Sign-on bonus also included, dependent on experience, up to $10,000
Up to $15,000 in relocation costs

Employed primary care group with Cape Cod Healthcare is looking for exceptional, advanced practice providers to join their team. This multispecialty group is comprised of Primary Care Physicians, NPs/PAs, along with other office-based specialists

Excellent mentorship and support staff, along with social workers and patient advocates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Flexible schedule ranging from 3-4 day work-week, 10 hour days. Open to discussion.
Work within 1 of 5 villages along Cape Cod Bay

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year minimum of experience needed
Licensed in the state of MA
