Responsibilities:
Plans and organizes patient care according to protocols and pathways.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Conducts health assessments and orders necessary tests.
Prescribes medications and medical equipment as per practice protocols.
Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
Promotes professional growth and serves as a clinical resource.
Assists Clinical Access Center staff when necessary.
Completes additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:
Current registration as a Physician Assistant in New York State
