Base salary $96,700 - $137,000/yr
Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual

Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care.
Eligible for or already hold an active Massachusetts license as a Physician Associate.
Maintain a current Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA registration.
Must apply for and be granted privileges at affiliated hospital(s).
Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus.
Preferred:
Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.
