DETAILS:
Facilitate needed referrals, including social services for patients requiring services not offered
Advise and assist ARNPs as needed in accordance with approved protocols and procedures.
No weekends + 4 admin hours weekly
Phone calls rarely ever occur
30-minute appointments for new patients, 15-minute appointments for follow-ups
All providers have 2 nurse providers for support (CMA or LPN)
Athena EMR
Experience in an outpatient setting REQUIRED
Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) REQUIRED
