You could be eligible for the Solano County Partnership Health Plan of California incentive dollars specifically targeting recruitment and workforce development. For physicians, this could mean a total of $50,000 for MD/DO to be paid in four installments as follows:

First installment of $10,000 upon completion of Partnership of HealthPlan Credentialing
$10,000 at the completion of 12 months fulltime plan practice
$10,000 at the completion of 24 months of 100% fulltime practice
$20,000 at completion of 36 months of 100% fulltime practice.
Signing bonus will be prorated by FTE, down to a minimum of 0.50 FTE
