Compensation is negotiable and flexible. We also consider the terms of each agreement between our providers and Sterling Area Health. We aim to provide the most comfortable agreements, keeping in mind each provider's individual needs and the value they bring to the organization.

Relocation + signon bonus are negotiable
Potential range: Salary starting at $185k+, depending on experience
