Experience-based compensation ranging from $220,000 - $250,000
$24,000 retention stipend for those who sign with RWJ while completing residency

PRESIGED COOPERMAN BARNABAS MEDICAL CENTER:
Home to the McMullen Children's Center, with nearly 30 pediatric sub-specialties, a 55-bed level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a 10-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Primary teaching site for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center's pediatric residency program of 1st and 2nd year residents and 3rd and 4th year medical students from Rutgers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work within the Pediatric inpatient unit or PICU
Inpatient unit employees will work 24-hour shifts
PICU works 16-hour shifts
TOTAL 450/hours quarter

Accepting both new graduates and tenured providers licensed in New Jersey
