Weekday clinic hours with the option to work 4 or 5 days/week

Average patients seen: 20-24

Call Schedule:

Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year

Compensation:

Compensation is highly competitive, offering $175k$250k, depending on experience.
Bonus available, up to 20% of annual compensation

YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newlyfounded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth.

LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Worklife balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then shared regionally amongst providers. On average, calls may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and are outpatient, phone call only.

Accepting tenured and new graduate physicians. Must be licensed in FL.
