DETAILS:
10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week
Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care
Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
This position will be based at our Chicago Heights location, and float intermittently between Hazel Crest

QUALIFICATIONS:
