Qualifications:
Previous experience required
Current MA medical and prescribing license
DEA
Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.
Must apply for and be granted privileges at the affiliated hospital(s).
Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
