Starting at $200,000 negotiable based on experience
Sign-on Bonus of 10% salary

DETAILS:
Responsible for providing direct clinical customer care and works with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.
Works within an integrated care team, which has primary care team staffed with a provider (MD/PA/NP) a full-time RN case manager, a certified medical assistant, and case management support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
AK License REQUIRED
BLS, PALS, NRP certifications REQUIRED
