Provide comprehensive, officebased eye care with a focus on preventive health, early disease detection, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine eye exams and vision assessments, including evaluation of visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, macular function, and visual fields
Detect and diagnose refractive errors, ocular disease, and systemic conditions with eye-related manifestations
Prescribe corrective lenses and appropriate treatments
Develop and communicate clear, individualized care plans
Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment options
Assist with and interpret diagnostic testing
Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to support coordinated, high-quality patient care

Base salary, plus supplemental pay for providers who agree to work at our South County outlying clinics:
Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield: +15% of base salary
King City: +20% of base salary
