Once a month for one week

Sign-On Bonus: $50000

Compensation:

$250,000 - $300,000 based on experience
$50,000 Sign-on bonus
Quarterly bonuses based on WRVUs

DETAILS:
Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
Review the patient's history and perform a physical examination
Perform in-office surgical procedures as needed to preserve patient's health: Procedures may include but are not limited to: cervical, endometrial, vaginal, vulvar, colposcopy, IUD placement, LEEP, and hysteroscopy
Experience in outpatient setting preferred
EMR = EPIC
