4-day work-week: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Call Schedule:

Shared call, approximately 1:5 with goal of 1:6 as group expands

Loan Repayment

Sign-On Bonus

Compensation:

$350,000 $375,000 base salary
+ $100,000 signon bonus
+ $100,000 retention bonus (year 2)
+ Generous productivity incentives
+ Partnership pathway (after year 2)
