Compensation:

Base Salary up to $325,000 plus productivity bonus and Director stipend

Additional Info:

Provide clinical leadership to 4 Center for Women locations: Casa Grande, Chandler, Maricopa, and Mesa
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
60% clinical, 40% admin split
Will have same requirements and duties as physicians

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
2-5 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting
Able to work effectively with and as a team player
Ability to suggest and write policies and procedures specific to the OB/GYN department
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
Spanish speaking preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
AZ license
Experience as a Chief of Obstetrics or Chief of Medical Staff
Experience supervising, planning, assigning, and directing work of OB/GYN Providers and support staff
