$ 433,000 income guarantee with a $150,000 retention incentive not taxed until employment begins.

If the physician completes the term, nothing is owed.

The practice serves a large northeastern South Dakota referral area and has access to 12 specialties, additional outreach services, monthly MFM outreach, and broader system access to REI/IVF and Gyn Oncology
