Perform leadership functions including selection, scheduling, training, performance management and discipline
Review and revise policies and procedures and coordinate with the Chief Nursing Officer to monitor the nursing care
Monitor the credentialing of all department staff
Provide guidance and direction to primary care staff and case managers
Must work closely with providers in all areas to develop relationships that foster cooperative care for patients
Resolve critical issues and problem situations as they occur and must maintain compliance and correct deficiencies with state surveys

Qualifications:
Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred
5 years working as an RN with case management experience or PA/FNP
Alaska Registered Nursing License or PA/FNP license
BLS; ACLS required within 1 year
