Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A current unrestricted NYS LPN license and CPR certification required
• Prior experience a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with personnel, patients, and community partners
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• The ability to work flexible hours - some evenings are required
• The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English preferred
• A valid New York State driver's license in compliance with FLCH drivers' policy
• Required to float between Sodus and Newark locations
