40 hour work week provided with incredibly flexible schedule. -Clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM | Wed., Fri. 9 AM-5 PM | Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

Average patients seen: 20-24ppd

Loan Repayment

Compensation:

Hourly wage up to $75/hour.
Compensatory incentive provided to offset relocation costs and awarded for annual retention.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population.

Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered, and HIV population
Be part of a strong culture that is willing to work hard and support the community and its infrastructure
Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, partnering with lead physician/CMO as needed
Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. 4 day workweek may be possible

QUALIFICATIONS:
Comfortable with EMR system
Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
NY state licensed
BE/BC
