Responsible for the administrative and business management of the clinic
Will oversee patient care services including the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs
Work with the Site Medical Director and Clinic Administrator to achieve clinic quality, patient satisfaction, and financial goals and ensure all staff are up to date with clinic objectives

Qualifications:
Excellent time management, motivational, teaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills.
Thorough knowledge of practice management guidelines, City, County, State, and Federal regulations as they relate to Outpatient clinics.
Ability to work comfortably at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population/cultural differences.
Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese preferred.
