DETAILS:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be supporting your assigned primary care team by performing care management, direct clinical nursing, laboratory services, and monitoring performance data.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Nursing REQUIRED
MT License REQUIRED
3-5 years experience PREFERRED
