This role will perform duties as an assistant manager to the primary nurse manager of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors, and assess disease conditions.
Critically think and delegate action plans to supporting staff
Maintain responsibilities and ensure proper and adequate care is administered
Willing to assist with approximately 30 medical staff members within the department
Assist with scheduling
This is a primary care setting, offering support to a patient population seeking continuity of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
DE state-licensed
2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a private practice, hospital, or health center setting.
