Coordinates daily client medical care and oversees administrative functions of the program's medical department, including supervision of RNs. Responsible for implementing medical protocols, administering medications, venipuncture, and supporting staff with medication procedures. Serves as medical representative in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborates with providers, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continuity of care. Leads AMAP coordination, staff training, and client education, while supporting audits and regulatory compliance (OMH/CARF). Oversees EHR reviews, incident followup, and quality improvement initiatives. Requires RN/BSN, strong leadership, communication, and experience in behavioral health or related populations.
