DETAILS:
Work with patients in both OB and GYN departments
OB sonographer in-house
Assist providers during examinations and treatments
Administers immunization to age-specific patients
Maintains health records by documenting patient contact and updating patient profile
Nutritionist, social worker and programs like WIC available in house as well
2 hours of admin time a week
Weekly ground rounds on Friday
Zero call responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of an approved/accredited educational program for midwifery
Board certified by the American Midwifery
Certification Board (AMCB)
Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
