Additional Info:
We are seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse in Internal or Family Medicine and 1 year of Hospital Medicine experience to work collaboratively with our Hospitalist Team.

Requirements include:
1-year experience preferred but not required
Advanced Practice Nurse NY State License
BLS Certification

Responsibilities include:
Examining patients admitted to the ED
Coordinating all tests, examinations and treatments
Interacting with primary care physician to develop treatment plans
Maintaining hospital records and medications
Arranging follow up care for patients once they leave the hospital
Prescribing medications
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members.
