DETAILS:
Dedicated leadership, with our CMO taking charge of investing in our providers
This role is a mix of school-based healthcare and primary care, partnering with local schools such as Kernan Elementary, MLK Elementary, Waterville Elementary, and several others
Service-based opportunity, serving an underserved population, including many refugees who reside in the area. -Bilingual providers are highly regarded! Significant Ukranian & Bosnian population
Team-based model, providers will practice within a team with other NPs and support staff
When working within a school-based practice, school-based hours are Mon-Fri. , 8 am - 3pm. Clinical hours Mon-Fri. 8 am-8pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of experience preferred
Must be comfortable working within school-based sites. School-based healthcare experience preferred but not required
BC, licensed in NY state
