This Nurse Practitioner will serve as a Primary Care Provider at Wabash Valley Health Center, delivering comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive services. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
