Compensation:

Compensation is negotiable and flexible. We also consider the terms of each agreement between our providers and Sterling Area Health. We aim to provide the most comfortable agreements, keeping in mind each provider's individual needs and the value they bring to the organization.

Relocation + signon bonus are negotiable
Potential range: Salary starting at $95k+, depending on experience

JOB DETAILS:
This is a high-priority need for our organization, catering to both children and adults within our walk-in clinic
This opportunity is NOT an urgent care setting. We cater to a much lower patient volume, about 20ppd/per provider, offering on-demand services such as physicals and expedited treatments
No x-rays on-site (referred to nearby hospital)
Team-based healthcare approach, supported by APPs and other support staff, to provide continuity of care and work-life balance

QUALIFICATIONS:
Open to new grads and tenured providers
MI state-licensed
BE/BC
