DETAILS:
16 hours/week but open to longer shifts if candidate wants!
Evaluates and manages the care of patients and endocrine conditions in the outpatient setting
Assists in telephone triage at our convenience care clinic in San Rafael
Performs telemedicine visits and brings patients for in-person exams when needed
Obtains medical histories and conducts physical examinations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
CA License REQUIRED
DEA License REQUIRED
2+ Years of Experience REQUIRED
Experience in diabetes and endocrine management PREFERRED
Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
