Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a range of $115k-$135k
Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Confident and comfortable treating patients through the lifespan
Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.
Provide medication management and support with mental and behavioral health needs
Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Understand the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel
BE/BC
Will accept new grads
Licensed in VA
