JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our health centers focus on quality outcomes using an integrated care approach to deliver the best care to our patients.
The FNP will see all ages and must be comfortable seeing patients with chronic conditions
Rotated, evening phone call

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of NP experience in a similar setting OR candidates with prior RN experience in a community health/outpatient experience will be considered (5 years RN experience preferred)
Current RN and NP license
CPR certified
