Serve as the primary care clinical leader for a health center site within our FQHC network.

Unique opportunity that combines direct patient care responsibilities with sitelevel clinical leadership, quality oversight, provider mentorship, workflow optimization, and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of primary care clinical experience required.
Experience in community health, FQHCs, underserved populations, or safety-net healthcare strongly preferred.
Prior leadership, precepting, charge, supervisory, or provider mentoring experience required.
Experience with value-based care and quality metrics preferred.
