DETAILS:
Identifies the health status of patients by taking medical histories, performing examinations, and initiating and evaluating screening and diagnostic procedures
Initiates appropriate therapeutic intervention based upon assessment and evaluation of the health status of the individual
Member of the patient care team and is involved in the coordination of patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:
CA License REQUIRED
Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
