We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of the Health Center. This role is also responsible for providing holistic primary medical care for families and clients across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic diseases in accordance with accepted medical standards and within the scope of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:
