Clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM | Wed., Fri. 9 AM-5 PM | Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:
NY state licensed
Previous experience as an RN is highly desireable
