Opportunity to work with the geriatric community at the CHEER center in Millsboro, DE.

DETAILS:
We allow our providers to move autonomously and think, critically in all matters concerning patient care. As our Family Nurse Practitioner, the expectations are as follows:
Assist PCPs in patient care relating to a patient panel of all ages
Have the ability to critically think, assess, and diagnose efficiently and effectively
Consider 30-minute visits for new patients and be able effectively asses needs and treatment plans promptly
Work alongside our Community Health Workers team and PCPs

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered, the candidate MUST be able to work independently and autonomously without supervision
Able to demonstrate critical thinking and situational awareness, while communicating action plans to medical leadership
2 years experience preferred., 1 year minimum required
