Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner provides patient care within family medicine protocols. Responsibilities include diagnostic and therapeutic care, initial and followup visits, history taking, exams, assessments, prescribing, health education, counseling, and routine procedures. Consults with supervising physicians on complex cases, refers patients per protocol, participates in quality review and audits, coordinates with specialists, and ensures patient education materials meet standards.

Requirements:
Availability to start within the next 30 days
Current California license and completion of an accredited NP program
California NP certification (BC/BE)
Desiring at least 1 year of previous experience as an NP in community health and chronic disease management
Interest in street medicine or colposcopy is a plus
Current CPR certification
