Compensation is based on a salary range of $135k $195k, which is negotiable, based on experience, plus any other compensation offered that may be applicable
$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity

Provides leadership for the clinical operations of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown by providing administrative direction and clinical involvement surrounding patient care.
Provide full patient care within a family practice, outpatient environment
Provides both administrative and clinical services. Providers will see patients 3-4 days a week and spend 10-20% of the time in an administrative role
Administrative duties include: Attending board meetings, providing support and oversight to support staff, determining staffing needs of family medicine practice, which also include physician and support staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be board-certified, MD state-licensed, BLS/ACLS required along with CDS & DEA
Must have 2 years minimum of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient environment
Must be able to demonstrate competence in providing supervision, leadership , and collaboration with medical staff
