Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience level, with a range of $104-$151K plus any other compensation offered that may be applicable.
Negotiable sign-on bonus
Annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance

PREFERRED:
1+ years of experience in a family health setting.
The ability to speak Spanish is added benefit, however, language interpretation services are available.

REQUIRED:
MD state license
BLS/ACLS required.
Maryland CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) must also be obtained.
Must be willing to see patients from birth to adults with a focus on a pediatric panel as well as adults
