$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance

Provides comprehensive care to patients through evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment at FHH, with a primary focus to a pediatric patient panel
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintains appropriate standards for treatment, including therapeutic modalities
and prescribing practices.
Performs mental health evaluations using history, examination, and other
indicated procedures.
Documents patient visits according to FHH policy, and federal, and state regulations.
Participates in provider meetings on a regular basis.
Supports the regular monitoring of patient satisfaction through an annual survey process.
Provides input regarding the performance improvement plan and satisfactorily
meets stated clinical measurements to include productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with a Pediatric panel preferred
1 year of minimum experience required, 2 years preferred
Licensed in MD state
