Studies show that individuals with mental illness are less likely to be established with a primary care provider. This opportunity will allow providers to provide primary care while leaning on prior experience to improve patient outcomes.

The patient population will range within all levels of severity of behavioral health needs, but the FNP would be providing physical healthcare. The organization has assistance with other prescribers who would be addressing the mental health needs.

Flexible scheduling within a 40 hour work-week, potential for 4 day-workweek.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Accepting BE/BC candidates with FNP certification
Must be licensed in IL state
Candidates with 1 year minimum required. Required to work autonomously & independently
Candidates with prior experience in a behavioral health setting highly regarded
