As Needed Position.

General Responsibilities:
Complete physical assessment and provides appropriate diagnosis.
Manage therapy for patients including outlining care, providing prescriptions, coordinating consultations, and referrals.
Perform diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and follows up with critical results using appropriate protocol.
Communicates via telephone with patients to discuss patient tests, results, medication refills and other medical questions.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing and Certification by the State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Internal Medicine Practice Nurse required
Current and Active OH license required
2+ years experience in ambulatory care preferred
BLS trained
