Loan Repayment

Compensation:

Compensation is based on years of experience but is negotiable.

Additional incentive offered such as relocation assistance and loan repayment, as well as RVU production bonuses.


Benefits:
Physicians are offered a health insurance plan for themselves and spouse at no cost, with a minimum of 27 hours worked.

Additional Benefits:
License Reimbursement: Physicians are entitled to reimbursement of fees for Georgia and DEA licensure and one approved professional association.
Malpractice and Tail covered through the FTCA
Tax Credit: Physicians/Dentist receive a $5000 tax credit per year for five years for full-time work in a rural area. All GMH locations qualify for the credit.
CME: $2000, $4000 on year 3 of employment
PTO: 1st year of contract 20 days, 2nd year of contract 24 days, 3rd year of contract 28 days
Extended Illness Bank: Available under certain circumstances for those whose illness extends beyond three (3) workdays. 1.54 hours accrued per hour worked over 27 hours/week.
