Hours:

Monday - Friday | One Half-Day Saturday per Month | 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week

Phone Only | Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks

Compensation:

Salary based on experience with additional bonuses and incentives

DETAILS:
This position will work and spend time in our 2 locations: Hazel Crest and Chicago Heights, about a 10-minute distance between the 2 locations
Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician
Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol
Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol
Provide care to both a pediatric and adult patient panel

QUALIFICATIONS:
IL License REQUIRED
Experience as an NP preferred, however, will consider candidates with 3-5 years of RN experience relating to a pediatric patient panel
Comfortable tending to a pediatric patient panel as well as adults
