DETAILS:
Provides at least 1-2 evening clinic sessions per week and one Saturday a month
Acts as a consultant for nurses and other staff members handling triage calls or walk-ins
Works collaboratively with medical providers, social workers, and care coordinators

QUALIFICATIONS:
